Shipping & Return Policies
At the moment, we are only shipping within the United States. Our shipping model considers the shipping destination, the weight of your items, and any discounts available. These factors are used to create a shipping price tailored to your specific order. We ship all our orders via USPS or UPS based on what you select at checkout. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
If you place multiple orders in a day, they can be combined to save you on shipping; we will gladly refund you the difference in shipping.
We are bummed you aren’t happy with your purchase! But we want you to be happy with your shopping experience and we are here to make it right! Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any problems using the following guidelines should you decide to make a return.
Fabric: Fabric should be in its original sealed package, uncut, unwashed clean condition and free of perfumes, pet or smoke odors.
Notions: Should be in its original sealed packaging.
Please contact within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return, less any shipping cost we incurred related to the purchase. Unless it is our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
All sales are final on books, patterns, preorders and custom orders.
